Tony started DeFord Contracting in 1967 and he built a legacy that has endured economic, industry and community changes. His vision and hard work created the foundation upon which our company thrives.

Carey has held many positions at DeFord and has been with the business since 1986. His role of Operations Manager keeps him busy overseeing the ins-and-outs of the company on a day-to-day basis and helping to "steer the ship" into the future.

Tyler has been with DeFord since 2009 but has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. As the Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for managing mutliple construction projects and overseeing the work of numerous others.

Al has worn many different hats in the construction industry, starting over 20 years ago as an excavation labourer and operator. He now manages the daily operations of DeFord's Base division.
